Summary
It assesses the performance of the project against the agreed aims, objectives and outcomes set out in their respective business plans, identifies and assesses other unintended or wider rural development outcomes that have emerged over the lifetime of the projects and evaulates from an economic perspective the full range of financial, social and environmental effects, including wider halo effects.
